Role Description Our client is actively seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator who can support the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application hosted at AWS Cloud Services with some knowledge in MuleSoft middleware. The candidate may be required to manage MuleSoft middleware hosted on the Anypoint platform in AWS cloud that integrates with PeopleSoft. - Establish 2-way SSL connectivity between MuleSoft and locations. - Troubleshoot integration issues between MuleSoft APIs and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. - Support critical projects with enterprise-wide impact across all campuses/medical centers at all levels. - Make a difference and have a real influence in managing and supporting this large implementation. - Push optimization and enhance performance across large and extremely complex PeopleSoft deployments. - Understand HA (High availability), Load balancers, Oracle CPU patching, Tax updates, PeopleSoft Tools, and application upgrades (PUM cycles). - Apply expert-level skills in all aspects of PeopleSoft administration and in implementing and supporting enterprise PeopleSoft deployments. - Manage and support PeopleSoft HCM and their corresponding components (Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition and Management, Integration Broker, etc.). - Troubleshoot production performance issues that support a large end-user population across multiple organizational units with high consequences of success or failure. - Have a good understanding of single sign-on methodologies. - Support end users and App development teams and vendors. - Document processes and procedures for production control staff. - Understand PeopleSoft refreshes and lead quarterly PeopleSoft and ad-hoc refresh efforts by coordinating with teams including Database, App dev, business, end users, database replication, release management, and project teams. - Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, Tuxedo Application Servers on Unix, Process Schedulers on both Unix and NT, WebLogic configuration, FTP servers, Elastic Search, Application Engine, Data Mover, SQR, Cobol, BI Publisher, Application Messaging/Integration Broker, PS Query, People Code, Security, ExcelToCI, VMWare PUM staging, SSL Certificates, SSO, MuleSoft integration components, and PUM and Tools upgrade related issues. - Debug and optimize SQL statements, PeopleSoft migrations using PHIRE Architect migration tool. - Manage and respond to service now requests, incidents, and changes. - Involve in problem management, log analysis, and performance optimization of different hosted applications. - Maximize PeopleSoft Performance by performing system analysis, monitoring, and tuning; troubleshooting, escalating application issues to vendors. Qualifications - Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. - Knowledge of MuleSoft middleware. - Expertise in PeopleSoft administration. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Understanding of single sign-on methodologies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business administration - equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. - Ten (10) years of direct experience working with US Federal Government and DoD contracts in a contract administration capacity. - Must possess a thorough understanding of contract principles, theories, concepts, and regulations, with experience demonstrating a broad application of these practices, techniques, and standards. - Extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and administering complex contracts, including change management, for U.S. Government Agencies. - Must have deep knowledge and extensive experience working with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and other relevant agency supplemental regulations. - Able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret Clearance. - Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support program and capture needs.
