• Own and run the end-to-end Financial Promotions and Asset Listings approval workflow for the UK, acting as first-line approver under the three lines of defence model and maintaining a clear audit trail across all in-scope channels • Build, improve, and scale UK operational processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and driving automation to support new product launches and an evolving regulatory landscape • Lead the UK product governance process, coordinating launch timelines and facilitating local stakeholder reviews to ensure new products meet CBPL's regulatory and operational requirements before go-live • Prepare governance and senior stakeholder reporting materials that provide clear visibility of financial promotions activity, operational performance, and key risks to ExCo, Board, and Operational forums • Partner with the central Customer Experience team to shape and deliver local UK CX initiatives focused on improving onboarding, support outcomes, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in financial services operations with demonstrated experience translating UK FCA regulations, financial promotions rules, or MiFID requirements into documented processes and controls
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a regulated environment, not just maintaining them, with the judgment to engage Legal, Compliance, and Product stakeholders at the right moments
- Experience defining and implementing operational policies and procedures that withstand regulatory scrutiny, including maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and interpret operational data to inform decisions, quantify progress, and produce reporting for senior leadership
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Role Description As part of an Anti-Trafficking Mobile Team, consisting of an AT Team Supervisor, AT Advocate, and AT Clinician, the AT Mentor will provide care for commercially sexually exploited (CSE) and trafficked children and young adults (up to age 24). The Mentor serves as the first responder to provide immediate crisis intervention and mobile direct services support, once a survivor/victim is recovered. - Partner with the AT Team Supervisor to provide mobile direct services based on the needs identified in the victim’s individual needs assessment. - Work collaboratively with the AT Team and AT Leadership to ensure victims’ needs are met. - Provide ongoing mobile care management services to victims and their families (if appropriate) wherever the victim is housed. - Verify victim’s eligibility for services/benefits based on individual situations. - Support victims by attending court. - Assist with referrals and accompany appointments as needed. - Provide day-to-day care management services and work with clinical staff to support ongoing needs. - Ensure support for immediate health and safety such as crisis intervention; accompaniment to hospitals for medical examinations; emergency food, clothing, transportation to appointments as needed. - Assist with special services to help victims manage practical problems created by their victimization. - Complete documentation as required by funding entities, courts, referral sources. Qualifications - Survivor of childhood sexual abuse, exploitation, and/or sex trafficking, with a minimum of three years of recovery. - High school diploma or GED.
