Digital Marketing Coordinator
ECI
• Produce and edit multimedia content such as podcasts, video interviews, product demos, short‑form video clips, and motion graphics. • Design marketing graphics for campaigns, social media, events, and the website. • Support the execution of webinars, including planning, setup, coordination with speakers, live support, and post‑production. • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to draft and refine digital marketing assets. • Maintain and update website pages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards. • Regularly audit site content, links, and performance to enhance user experience. • Upload blogs, landing pages, event pages, and resource assets as needed. • Partner with Marketing Operations and IT to support SEO, tagging, tracking, and analytics enhancements. • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all digital assets are brand‑aligned and delivered on schedule. • Manage digital asset organization using ECI’s internal systems and shared drives. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Events, Product, and Sales—to ensure consistent brand messaging. • Coordinate timelines, feedback cycles, and approvals for digital assets. • Assist with reporting on engagement metrics with support from Marketing Operations. • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative partners.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, creative production, or content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Canva, and podcasting platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content structure, and social media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, managed services, or financial services.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, Teams Live).
- Basic video animation or motion graphics experience.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
