Role Description As a member of our Global Product Management Team for Service & Maintenance, you will play an active role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify, shape, and deliver scalable service products – such as smart monitoring, maintenance, and further lifecycle solutions – in every market we operate in, offering #NewEnergy to our customers. - Accelerate the energy transition: You will be at the forefront of the energy transition and play an important role in shaping pioneering service products and digital solutions for international markets. - Drive key service initiatives: You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and concept validation to scaling our global service portfolio (including proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty). - Optimize and automate processes: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial) to translate operational feedback into scalable product solutions and re-think existing process structures. - Analyze and refine: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. You will monitor KPIs to help optimize product adoption and overall customer satisfaction. - Master communication: Master the art of product communication, aligning with internal & external stakeholders as well as customers across markets to ensure seamless rollouts. Qualifications - You have completed your studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s and have at least 6 months of availability. - You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation who is looking to drive change. - Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into either Product/Project Management, Tech, Process Optimization or other closely related areas is a plus. - You have excellent language skills in both English and German (C1 / C2) and excel at communicating with various internal/external stakeholders. - You are detail oriented and have no trouble overseeing multiple projects while managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations. - You are a problem solver who can easily adapt to changing environments. - You are a team player who enjoys collaborative environments and is always looking to leverage the group’s potential. - You have proficient skills in the digital landscape and are used to working in the Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite) and feel comfortable in adapting to new software tools - previous CRM experience is a plus. - Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a plus but we are happy to get you up to speed - it’s the motivation that counts!
