Your role at DynatraceThe Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) manages the day-to-day paid social media activities including the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid social media plans. This role will develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue through paid social marketing campaigns on social channels with a focus on LinkedIn but also others like Reddit, Meta, etc. You will directly contribute to Dynatrace’s success and growth in digital performance management. This role provides maternity leave coverage for an established paid social marketing program and is expected to quickly take ownership of existing campaign strategies, stakeholder relationships, and reporting processes. - Hybrid or Remote considered - Contract ending, end of October 2027 Key Responsibilities - Ensure Paid Social campaigns are executed, monitored, managed, and optimized effectively to achieve performance goals and spend targets. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact using platform reporting, Google Analytics, and Power BI. - Build strong relationships across marketing teams, including Brand, Growth, Field, and Partner Marketing. - Leverage AI, automation, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to improve campaign performance and inform business recommendations. - Support ABM paid social planning and execution.
