Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Professional to join MyOutDesk as a Virtual Professional supporting U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business. Requirements - Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities with accuracy and attention to detail. - Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliations as required. - Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting. - Support payroll processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring when applicable. - Maintain accurate financial data within accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. - Ensure compliance with client policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations. - Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting inquiries and support financial operations. - Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and other finance-related projects as needed.
