Role Description The consultant will develop regional situation reports on trafficking in persons in ASEAN, focusing on the following: - Study report on consular assistance and referral practices in TIP-FC cases related to scam operations. - A regional situation report on the protection of migrant fishers in ASEAN. The overall objective is to generate evidence-based, policy-relevant analysis to strengthen protection frameworks for victims of trafficking and vulnerable migrants. Qualifications - Relevant academic background in social sciences, law, or related fields. - Experience in research and analysis related to trafficking in persons and migration issues. - Familiarity with ASEAN policies and frameworks regarding migrant protection. This position is responsible for the overall accuracy of end-to-end lease & capital accounting and will establish and maintain processes across the current lease & capital accounting suite of objectives.
