Confidence Wealth Managment

Confidence Wealth Management is a boutique, independent, fiduciary firm that integrates investment, tax, and estate planning into a single coordinated plan. The work is legacy-weighted: clients bring us decades of accumulated wealth and decisions that outlive them. The internal culture runs on seven explicit values, and every one of them is also a filter.

Job Description

Team Coordinator

Confidence Wealth Managment

Role Description We are looking for a Team Coordinator who is sharp, articulate, and highly self-sufficient. This is not an entry-level admin role. Your skills should be strong enough that you can manage tasks, projects, and priorities independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems without hand-holding. You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and technologically savvy. Working hours are Pacific Standard Time. You must be on video during work hours, so a fast and reliable internet connection is required. We work in a virtual office environment, and real-time presence matters. - Manage daily tasks, priorities, and projects - Follow up on pending items and ensure nothing slips through the cracks - Inbox management and written communication - General coordination - Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise - Provide updates - Start your cover letter with "Operation Ascend". Because this will signal attention to detail. - Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they become problems - Act as a trusted extension of our day-to-day operations IMPORTANT – Please don’t use AI in any step of the hiring process. We want to see you for who you are. We’d love to know how you think, write, and communicate as a professional. Please include your RESUME/CV, as well as a brief video introduction when applying. This will expedite the review process - in your favor. We don’t need long cover letters. Short, concise, and to the point is better. We expect excellence in everything we do. If you do not hold yourself to the same standards - or if you cannot handle blunt, straightforward feedback - this may not be the right role for you. Qualifications - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Technologically savvy Requirements - Ability to manage tasks, projects, and priorities independently - Fast and reliable internet connection - Video presence during work hours
