Role Description O(a) Analista de Geração de Negócios do Canal de Parceiros tem o desafio de entender como agregar valor ao parceiro (contadores e BPOs), gerando negócio real para ele através da nossa base e mostrando, na prática, que esse suporte é um diferencial da Conta Azul na relação com o parceiro. - Estruturar e conduzir o processo de matchmaking, cruzando leads lost, churn e clientes desengajados da nossa base com a rede de parceiros, identificando oportunidades reais de negócio para eles. - Desenhar o funil de venda a 4 mãos, estruturando o processo de venda conjunta com parceiros e definindo papéis e fluxo entre Conta Azul e parceiro. - Criar formas criativas de capacitação comercial do parceiro, ensinando-o a vender melhor (conquista de cliente, precificação), indo além do matchmaking pontual. - Trabalhar junto ao time de gestão de parceiros na criação de processos duradouros — rotinas e padrões que sustentem essas iniciativas além de pilotos iniciais. - Estruturar testes A/B e mensurar resultados, garantindo que as iniciativas gerem negócio real e mensurável para os parceiros. - Alinhar-se com múltiplos stakeholders, de times operacionais à liderança executiva, comunicando progresso e resultados de forma clara. Qualifications - Experiência sênior em projetos estratégicos, com autonomia para tocar iniciativas do diagnóstico à execução. - Forte capacidade analítica, com facilidade para ler números e transformá-los em decisões práticas. - Habilidade para criar e padronizar processos, estruturar testes A/B e mensurar resultados. - Perfil generalista e extremamente resolutivo, com bom senso de produto e capacidade de propor soluções em cenários ambíguos. - Excelente comunicação, com capacidade de alinhar múltiplos stakeholders — de times operacionais à liderança executiva. - Proatividade na busca de respostas junto a diferentes áreas e pessoas. Requirements - Vivência anterior em empresas de SaaS ou do setor contábil, compreendendo as nuances do mercado e as expectativas dos parceiros e clientes. - Experiência com iniciativas de geração de demanda, vendas conjuntas (co-selling) ou programas de canais/parceiros. - Experiência em metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos.
