Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.
  • Previous experience leading People or HR teams.
  • Experience in software companies or fast-growing technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
  • Experience working with distributed and international teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
