Business Development Associate – MSP

• Identify and evaluate relevant RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities • Use our internal tool to manage and file RFPs • Draft, coordinate, and finalize proposal documents • Analyze RFP requirements and assess opportunity fitment for the organization. • Coordinate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and commercial inputs for submissions. • Collaborate closely with MSP leadership for pricing, calculations, and proposal structuring. • Manage the end-to-end RFP submission lifecycle. • Track submission timelines, compliance requirements, and follow-up activities. • Maintain documentation and records of submitted proposals and opportunities. • Support business development initiatives within the MSP division. • Continuously monitor market opportunities and procurement platforms.

Job Requirements

  • MBA (freshers welcome; prior internship or similar experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp, presentable, and confident — this role has potential for future client-facing exposure
