Role Description This is a remote position. Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience handling a variety of technical roles across different industries and technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technology positions and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment. - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple clients - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and database searches - Work on a wide range of tech roles including: - Software Developers - Full Stack Engineers - Frontend & Backend Developers - DevOps Engineers - QA/Automation Testers - Data & Cloud Roles - Cybersecurity Roles - Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements - Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluations - Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates - Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and trackers - Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements - Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment - Experience handling multiple tech roles simultaneously - Good understanding of technology stacks and IT terminology - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions - Strong follow-up and coordination skills - Consultancy recruitment experience is preferred - Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred Benefits - Opportunity to work with diverse international clients - Exposure to hiring across multiple technologies and industries - Fast-paced and growth-oriented work environment - Learning and career development opportunities - Collaborative and supportive team culture

• Identify and engage potential clients across our target sectors • Conduct proper need analysis to understand hiring challenges, urgency, decision makers, budgets, and role expectations • Manage all client conversations, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and reports through CRM • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients • Coordinate with our recruitment teams for clear handover and smooth delivery • Maintain clean CRM records, call notes, activity updates, and opportunity movement • Support client presentations, proposals and commercial discussions • Track pipeline, closures, client engagement and performance metrics • Follow Black & Grey HR’s defined processes, SLAs and service standards

• Prospect and onboard import customers requiring customs clearance (FCL, LCL, air), warehousing, CFS/transloading, drayage, and final-mile delivery. • Target importers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce clients. • Develop vertical-focused strategies (paper, steel, FMCG, consumer goods, industrial cargo, etc.). • Achieve assigned revenue, GP, and volume targets. • Design integrated import solutions aligned with client supply chains. • Collaborate with operations and brokerage teams to structure competitive offerings. • Prepare and negotiate pricing; manage RFQs and tenders. • Build strong relationships with logistics and procurement decision-makers. • Identify upsell opportunities including long-term warehousing and dedicated transport. • Monitor import trends, regulations, and trucking market conditions. • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts.

• Own content calendar and company page execution • Build campaigns, funnels, landing pages, and lead tracking in Zoho • Support WorldConnect employer branding assets and case studies • Track performance through Zoho Analytics and improve conversion

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across UAE and international locations. • Source, screen, and assess candidates for positions including Nurses, Physicians, Specialists, Allied Health professionals. • Develop and manage talent pipelines for urgent and recurring healthcare positions. • Ensure candidates meet licensing requirements such as DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH, DHCC, NCLEX, UK NMC, etc. • Conduct detailed candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management. • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and deliver timely updates. • Use recruitment tools, job portals, and social platforms to attract quality talent. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally. • Stay updated with global healthcare hiring trends, licensing changes, and market movements.
