• Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting • Liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes • Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation • Ensure software build meets organizational goals and external mandates • Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements • Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks • Provide advanced knowledge of product features and functionality • Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance • Participate/lead in disaster recovery initiatives • Provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades • Provide 24/7 support when scheduled • Serve as a resource to Associate and Intermediate level analysts as needed for resolution of support calls
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree
- Must obtain training required to support primary application (e.g., Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Beacon, epic Ambulatory, Epic Compass Rose, Epic Willow Inventory, Omnicell) within 6 months
