Role Description We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and collaborative candidate to join our Service Delivery Operations team as an Operations Analyst. Your Assignment - Identify, document, and execute process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management, operational workflows, and cross-functional coordination. - Prepare and maintain detailed staffing and operational reports, including utilization, availability, productivity, forecasting, pipeline needs, trend analysis, and hiring recommendations. - Partner with department heads, Practice Directors, and project teams on resource planning, reporting, staffing recommendations, and tooling support to ensure clarity on engagement status and delivery capacity. - Perform end-to-end operational tasks across the project lifecycle, including Sales-to-Delivery handoff coordination, resource planning and assignments, project setup in Certinia PSA, project closeout, time-tracking oversight, and account/engagement data updates. - Monitor adherence to delivery processes and frameworks, ensuring accurate time-tracking, status reporting, and compliance with project standards; provide reporting and insights to leadership. - Retrieve, analyze, and update data used for standardized performance metrics, forecasting, and ongoing service-delivery operations, ensuring reliable insights that support decision-making. - Own weekly and monthly reporting cadences related to capacity, staffing and forecasting, proactively staffing risks and trends to leadership. • Review, evaluate, appeal, and follow up on outstanding, denied, underpaid, and other assigned claims using EnableComp’s proprietary software, systems and tools. • Use payment documentation provided by payers and medical provider contract information to determine the correct reimbursement. • Efficiently review hospital contracts to identify and collect cash payments from insurance companies, ensuring prompt payments of denied and underpaid claims. • Research, request, and acquire all pertinent medical records and supporting documentation to create and submit complex underpayment appeals to the appropriate payer, ensuring accurate and timely claim reimbursement. • Conduct timely and thorough telephone follow-up with payers to ensure claims with supporting documentation have been received and facilitate resolution of outstanding receivables. • Ensures smooth operations and improves customer satisfaction. • Other duties as required.

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes • Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions • Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across Epic AURA components—inclusive of Orders, Bridges, Ambulatory, and Beaker • Oversee and guide analyst build efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with downstream systems and project requirements • Lead integrated testing across internal GeneDx systems; coordinate validation and troubleshooting with Engineering, LIMS, and Implementation teams • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to track and prioritize optimization requests, enhancements, and build changes • Review and document system workflows and data flow dependencies to ensure alignment across Epic and internal systems • Act as a liaison between analysts, management, and downstream technical teams to ensure clear communication, visibility, and accountability for project milestones • Mentor and train analysts by providing build guidance, documentation standards, and best practices for testing and optimization • Support post-go-live production stability through proactive monitoring, issue triage, and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain and enhance internal documentation (Confluence, Jira, or equivalent) for build tracking, test cases, and optimization roadmaps
