Role Description We are engaging expert Frontend Software Engineers to participate in a high-impact customer project, focusing on crafting exceptional user interfaces. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. - Interpret and translate component style guides and interface screenshots into precise, visually consistent UI deliverables. - Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern technologies such as Typescript and CSS3. - Ensure all UI elements adhere to established design systems and accessibility standards. - Collaborate asynchronously through clear documentation and constructive feedback within a remote-first environment. - Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications. - Optimize UI performance across devices, focusing on fast load times and smooth interactions. - Contribute domain-specific expertise to guide the training and development of advanced AI models. • Configure and implement digital branding standards directly into the VeriChannel front-end architecture for both online and mobile banking interfaces. • Develop and optimize responsive layouts, CSS components, and typography to ensure a seamless cross-channel member experience. • Collaborate with UX Designers to enforce strict AODA and WCAG AA accessibility compliance from the initial build. • Partner with Senior .NET Integration Developers to seamlessly bind front-end user interfaces to backend RESTful APIs via the VeriLink integration layer. • Participate in daily Agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure rapid, iterative delivery.
