• Configure and implement digital branding standards directly into the VeriChannel front-end architecture for both online and mobile banking interfaces. • Develop and optimize responsive layouts, CSS components, and typography to ensure a seamless cross-channel member experience. • Collaborate with UX Designers to enforce strict AODA and WCAG AA accessibility compliance from the initial build. • Partner with Senior .NET Integration Developers to seamlessly bind front-end user interfaces to backend RESTful APIs via the VeriLink integration layer. • Participate in daily Agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure rapid, iterative delivery.

• Build high-performance TV and web applications using React and TypeScript in a demanding, large-scale streaming environment: • Develop scalable applications for the Telia Play platform across TV environments (Samsung, LG, Android) • Create fast, intuitive, and visually polished user interfaces optimized for media consumption • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive and reliable streaming experiences • Optimize performance for high-load, cross-platform TV applications and continuously improve existing solutions

• Landing page & test variant builds. Responsive, conversion-focused pages from Figma files and scoped briefs — plus the A/B variants that test them. • Shopify theme work. Liquid template edits, custom sections, product page and checkout enhancements across three brands. • Tracking implementation & QA. Adding and verifying GA4 events, GTM tags, and Meta/TikTok pixels — then proving they fire exactly once, at the right moment. • Component library maintenance. Extending the shared section library and keeping the build documentation current. • AI-assisted development. Using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar to work faster — with the understanding to explain every line you ship. • Daily async communication. Written standups, early blocker escalation, and clear documentation across a time-zone boundary.

• Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences using modern frontend technologies. • Own and evolve the frontend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability. • Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including SSR, routing, data fetching, and performance optimization. • Establish and uphold frontend engineering standards, including patterns, tooling, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices. • Drive cross-team technical initiatives, aligning frontend architecture with backend APIs, platform capabilities, and product strategy. • Proactively identify technical risks and opportunities, providing clear technical direction and tradeoff analysis. • Mentor and guide frontend engineers, raising the bar on code quality, architectural thinking, and delivery practices. • Design and implement robust unit, integration, and UI automation tests to ensure reliability and confidence at scale. • Define and monitor frontend metrics (performance, reliability, user behavior) to inform product and technical decisions.
