• Configure and implement digital branding standards directly into the VeriChannel front-end architecture for both online and mobile banking interfaces. • Develop and optimize responsive layouts, CSS components, and typography to ensure a seamless cross-channel member experience. • Collaborate with UX Designers to enforce strict AODA and WCAG AA accessibility compliance from the initial build. • Partner with Senior .NET Integration Developers to seamlessly bind front-end user interfaces to backend RESTful APIs via the VeriLink integration layer. • Participate in daily Agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure rapid, iterative delivery.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for digital banking applications. • Develop automated tests for web, mobile, API, backend, and integration layers. • Create and maintain automated regression, functional, smoke, integration, and end-to-end test suites. • Build and maintain mobile test automation using Appium, Espresso for Android, and XCTest for iOS. • Support quality engineering practices across Agile delivery teams. • Collaborate with developers to define testable acceptance criteria and improve code quality. • Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Develop API automation for RESTful services, microservices, and integration points. • Support performance testing, load testing, and reliability validation. • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues. • Help define testing standards, automation patterns, and quality gates. • Participate in code reviews for automation frameworks and test scripts. • Mentor other QA engineers and contribute to a strong quality engineering culture. • Work directly with client teams in a consulting environment.

• Design and implement scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications. • Architect and support hybrid cloud networking. • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates. • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python. • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams.

• Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform. • Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols. • Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments. • Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process. • Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance REST API and service integrations across the VeriLink integration layer. • Coordinate directly with vendors (Fiserv, VeriPark) and internal teams to execute complex core banking integrations. • Support extensive integration testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), regression, and end-to-end validation. • Assist in the deconversion and retirement of legacy platforms (Forge 2.0), ensuring clean data archiving and member continuity. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.

• Lead the enterprise, integration, and API architecture for the implementation of the VeriChannel digital banking platform and VeriLink integration layer. • Conduct technical design reviews and lead Design Authority participation across multiple vendors and business units. • Produce and maintain comprehensive architecture, solution design, and security documentation. • Develop the future state roadmap and ensure alignment with Microsoft Azure cloud best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and third-party vendors in Agile delivery teams.

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives. • Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows. • Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs. • Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.

• Establish highly available production and non-production environments with disaster recovery capabilities across Microsoft Azure regions. • Configure and manage virtual networks (VNets), subnets, firewalls, and routing. • Coordinate Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN connections with vendors (VeriPark, Fiserv) and validate CIDR/IP ranges. • Manage DNS configuration, SSL/TLS certificate exchange through Azure Key Vault, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) approvals. • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, GitOps / Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and secure deployment/release coordination.

• Develop and execute AEQ's healthcare go-to-market strategy. • Identify high-value market opportunities across hospitals, health authorities, universities, research institutions, and healthcare organizations. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Secure lighthouse customers that establish market credibility. • Develop repeatable sales and market development playbooks. • Lead executive discovery workshops. • Understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and workforce development priorities. • Shape tailored AI and VR solutions with AEQ's product and technical teams. • Develop business cases and ROI models. • Negotiate and close strategic opportunities. • Develop relationships with health authorities, hospitals, academic medical centres, and other stakeholders.
