Life Sciences Marketing Associate

Slipstream IT

• Partner with Senior Practice Leads and leadership to develop marketing strategies and create compelling content for Salesforce, AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services solutions. • Develop marketing collateral including case studies, solution briefs, presentations, one-pagers, blogs, and thought leadership content. • Manage HubSpot-driven email marketing campaigns and initiatives, with additional support for LinkedIn marketing and social media content. • Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn analytics, providing recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation. • Maintain and optimize website content, SEO, and digital assets to increase visibility and website traffic. • Coordinate webinars, conferences, and trade shows, including Veeva Summit, Salesforce World Tour, BIO International, and other Life Sciences events. • Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and technology alliances. • Develop executive presentations and sales enablement materials. • Maintain marketing content libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, healthcare technology, or IT consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and website content management systems.
  • Experience creating digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn content.
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior executives and technical subject matter experts.
  • Experience developing marketing collateral, sales presentations, and trade show materials.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
