• Lead two different SAP migration workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives • Manage SAP RISE migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders • Participate in technical discussions, understand proposed technical concepts, and facilitate decision-making without requiring hands-on technical consulting • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues • Monitor project progress, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Drive execution excellence and ensure successful delivery of project objectives

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical Project Management experience with a good understanding of SAP upgrade projects
  • Ability to follow technical discussions and understand proposed technical concepts (hands-on technical consulting is not required)
  • Experience with SAP RISE is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience leading large-scale global SAP projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong execution mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
