• Prepare monthly financial records and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. • Responsible for general ledger (GL). • Preparation of monthly journal entries and allocations. • Fixed assets processing and reporting. • Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing responsibilities. • Maintain accounts reconciliations. • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments, auditing, and verifying documents. • Assisting with budget preparation and preparing monthly budget variance analysis. • Interface with outside audit firms, banks and lessors, and credit card companies. • Monitor cash flow activity and ensure that financial plans are consistent with organizational goals. • Assist with training and mentoring accounting staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or better in Accounting.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of principles of trauma informed care.
