Job Requirements
- 5 or more years’ experience in tax and accounting working with businesses and High Net Worth families in planning and compliance roles
- Typical education backgrounds include bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields that demonstrate an understanding of tax and planning processes
- Successful candidates should also be certified as a CPA or EA
- Experience in staff supervision and training is important

This position involves direct interfacing with internal senior leadership across the Global Organization, and external interfacing with DoD personnel, various Governmental and Non-Governmental Agencies and International customers. What You'll Do: - Responsible for cradle to grave contract administration and management for assigned programs. - Assist with the overall implementation of sound Federal Contracting processes and procedures. - Assist with Bid and Proposal Activities on assigned GMD programs. - Research compliance issues, interpret regulations, formulate recommendations using knowledge of OTA, FAR/DFARS, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. - Assist with the drafting of contractual documents including but not limited to NDA's, Teaming Agreements and Subcontract Agreements. - Develop and maintain processes for tracking and timely closure of actions as well as change management. - Manage subcontracts and support unique purchasing with establishment of compliant procurement processes and procedures and other activities as needed of their assigned programs. - Attend and interface in key meetings on contractual matters. - Maintain strong relationships with key GMD Government Contract stakeholders.
