Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience in a hospital or large health system
- Experience managing multiple health systems; hospital experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives including alignment of company goals and vision with operational execution
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes, and the ability to move teams from experimentation to scale
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate across functions and organizational levels
- Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure
