• As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of big data for top Fortune 500 companies. • This senior customer-facing position requires extensive expertise in Apache Spark and a broad range of experience in big data solution architecture. • Each week, you will assist customers with architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring their technical roadmap aligns strategically with the expansion of the Databricks platform. • As a member of the architect team, you will continuously enhance your technical skills through mentorship, ongoing learning, and internal training programs. • Provide technical leadership post-sales to guide strategic customers in designing and implementing big data projects, from architectural design to data engineering and model deployment. • Identify and drive new initiatives that help customers turn their data into actionable business value, aligning these initiatives with their business goals for continued success. • Architect production-level workloads, including performance testing and optimization of end-to-end pipeline loads. • Deliver tutorials and training sessions to promote community adoption (including hackathons, conference presentations, etc.).

• Build the reporting infrastructure that Finance and Analytics actually trust (revenue dashboards, margin analysis, accrual reporting, audit trails) • Design and implement ETL/data pipeline integrations between administer and Vultr's data warehouse, analytics tools, and any external ERP systems • Create the API surface and event contracts that let downstream systems consume administer data reliably • Build reconciliation tooling so Finance can verify data integrity without filing JIRA tickets • Work with the domain engineer to ensure reporting needs shape the data model, not the other way around • Implement data quality monitoring and alerting for critical financial data pipelines • Own the schema and contract versioning strategy for administer's integration APIs • Optimize query performance for financial reporting workloads across large datasets

• Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to Public Sector customer executives, • Lead strategic discovery sessions and design thinking workshops • Architect comprehensive, end-to-end solutions • Own the technical strategy and solution narrative across the full sales cycle • Orchestrate virtual teams of specialists, partners, and engineering resources • Drive long-term customer success by aligning technology investments with business transformation

• Deliver architecture designs and professional services to Cohesity customers • Lead customer transition initiatives from assessment through deployment completion, serving as technical authority for migration strategy, workload prioritization and execution planning • Identify technical, operational, security, and business risks and establish transition plans prior to implementation • Act as a trusted advisor to customer architects, infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders • Review and approve design deviations, implementation decisions and deployment readiness milestones • Build strategic relationships with key customers and Cohesity teams • Collaborate with Cohesity’s product solutions, product management and engineering teams to bridge the gap between technology capabilities and customer requirements • Present architecture recommendations, deployment strategies, and technical risks to executive and technical stakeholders • Engage directly with customers to understand their organization needs and identify how Cohesity’s product features can best support their objectives • Develop detailed solution designs including architecture diagrams, sizing specifications, integration requirements, and risk assessments • Provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams regarding deployment challenges, feature gaps, automation opportunities, and customer requirements • Define technical architecture including sizing and performance that meet customer requirements • Engage with teams to ensure Deployment Designs are successfully deployed • Develop best practices for the deployment designs that translate to project plans • Continually improve deliverables as we scale and release new features/products • Inspect deliverables for success and improvements. • Work with others to develop post-deployment documentation (run books, pre-deployment templates, etc.) • Provide feedback to Implement Engineers, Systems Engineers, and engineering on ways to improve the overall experience
