Project Coordinator

Role Description TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track. This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday. - Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking - Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.) - Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues - Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines - Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery - Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation - Audit and validate site and project data - Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field - At least 1 year working in a professional office environment - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint - Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability - Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Description We're partners in transformation.
