This senior level technology position manages the work of a team of associates and plays an influential role in improving software architecture quality and associate talent, commitment, and morale. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field and 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or any job title/occupation providing relevant experience. Total experience must include: 5 years as a senior hands-on technology leader for application development for large and complex financial applications. 5 years of experience managing a global team of software development and QA engineers.
