SAP Workforce Consultant
HRin
• Assist users and clients in Brazil • Monitor and track support tickets • Serve as the interface between the client and the global team • Translate and detail functional requirements for the technical team in India • Oversee incident resolution through to completion • Ensure clear and efficient communication among all stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Experience with SAP Workforce / WFS
- Experience in functional support (AMS or SAP Service Desk)
- Experience in analyzing and tracking incidents and service requests
- Advanced English for written and verbal communication
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to user support
