• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP MM and SAP WM modules. • Support procurement, supply, logistics, warehouse operations and material movement processes. • Work with inbound and outbound logistics processes. • Analyze, open, track and resolve support tickets/incidents. • Design, specify and implement minor enhancements in the MM and WM modules. • Provide technical and functional support to business areas and other consultants on the team. • Keep functional and technical documentation up to date. • Manage tickets in an ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow. • Support integrations with tax systems, foreign trade systems and TMS (Transportation Management System).
