Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management, systems engineering, integration engineering, or technical program leadership experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize across multiple complex, technical initiatives
  • Experience working on hardware/software integrated systems (energy, power electronics, or similar preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and implement structured product development processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Background in energy systems, battery storage, power electronics, or grid infrastructure (preferred)
  • Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with large-scale system deployments (utility, industrial, or data center environments) (preferred)
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
