Production Manager, Streaming Lounge
MGM Resorts International
• Own the programming roadmap and weekly lounge schedule for streamers/creators, recurring shows, and partner live events • Run day-to-day operations of the lounge as a working studio inside a live high-limit casino, alongside Production Tech, Casino Operations, and Property teams • Design show formats, run-of-show, and production requirements, including leaderboard-driven tournament and challenge formats • Manage booking, scheduling, and on-site experience for resident creators, guest talent, rated players, internal hosts, and external creator partners • Support creative direction for signature shows and tentpole events, from pre-production through post • Coordinate with Casino Marketing and hosts to integrate programming with the rated player experience and execute creator/partner deal points consistently • Partner with MGM Interactive, Brand, and external agencies to connect programming to online content, social campaigns, and product moments • Maintain publishing plans for owned and partner channels (YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok) • Track performance against lounge KPIs (reach, watch time, retention, engagement, CTR, conversion, on-property/halo indicators) and refine formats, scheduling, and distribution accordingly • Define content deliverables (hero streams, cutdowns, clips, BTS, sizzles) and ensure timely delivery across digital, social, and paid media • Ensure programming meets brand, responsible gaming, gaming regulatory (e.g., Nevada Gaming Control Board), and legal/clearance requirements; manage releases and approvals with Legal
Job Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, TV/Film, or related field
- Must have at least two (2) years in content programming, digital media, live production or social/ streaming channel management
- Demonstrated experience in content programming/production, and/or streaming channel management (preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with live streaming and studio production; working understanding of the creator economy and creator/talent partnership models (preferred)
- Experience in or alongside regulated, operationally complex environments such as casino/gaming, hospitality, live entertainment, or broadcast (preferred)

• Lead the end-to-end production of UGC and short-form video content for paid and organic social campaigns. • Generate creative concepts, write scripts, storyboards, hooks, captions, and platform-native copy in English. • Source, brief, and manage creators, influencers, actors, and production partners. • Direct video shoots from planning through final delivery, including casting, locations, props, and on-set creative direction. • Build scalable production workflows that enable high-volume content creation while maintaining quality. • Manage relationships with external agencies, production vendors, and UGC platforms. • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to rapidly test new creative concepts. • Analyze campaign and creative performance to continuously optimize future content. • Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging content formats.
• Own episodes from conception to publishing. This includes research, booking, recording, producing the episode, and working with the sound engineer on final edits and mixes. • Direct and manage all talent (commentators, guests), ensuring everyone is properly briefed with overall vision for each segment and episode. • Consistently generate timely and thoughtful segment/interview ideas in alignment with CT’s Declaration of Principles. • Moderate recorded conversations with commentators and guests, including intermittent 1:1 interviews. • Collaborate with Marketing and Advertising to extend reach of Bulletin content to multiple CT platforms. • Oversee content and growth of The Bulletin substack account to further engage the show audience. • Build bench of premier guest commentators to enhance the show’s credibility. • Work directly with host, scripting and refining questions, prepping them for recording sessions, and directing in Riverside. • Coach CT editors to translate their written pieces into compelling audio episodes. • Contribute to programming strategy, helping identify potential episode ideas and experiments in format that can deepen listener loyalty and expand what the show can do. • Lead weekly cadence of post-mortem meetings and writer’s room meetings for development of content and continual show improvement. • Meet weekly with associate producer to review show lineups, check progress, and conduct long-term planning. • Maintain production spreadsheet, which includes show summaries, episode text, production schedule (air dates), and booking details. • With data analyst and production team, ensure episode metrics are captured and recorded for every episode. • Conduct monthly team business meeting to review show metrics, team goals, marketing, advertising, and special projects • Work with Coordinating Producer to maintain a healthy show budget. • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Role Description We're hiring a Conference Producer to help us build outstanding agendas that put the most insightful voices in app growth on stage and create sessions that help our attendees learn how to grow and scale apps. - Report to our Senior Conference Producer and take ownership of a meaningful part of our speaker programme across all three events. - Real responsibility for pipeline, outreach, and on-site delivery. - Pitch in on marketing and delegate acquisition where the team needs firepower. - Identify and approach high-quality speakers working in growth, user acquisition, CRM, product, and leadership at top apps. - Manage outreach, calls, and confirmations end-to-end. - Research trends and surface strong agenda ideas. - Contribute to session formats, including new interactive formats that go beyond the standard panel and keynote structure. - Own the speaker journey from confirmation to curtain — briefing documents, talk titles, slide deadlines, travel logistics, and green room management on the day. - Attend and support delivery at our London, NYC, and Berlin events. - Act as the key point of contact for speakers on the day and contribute to a smooth, professional experience. - Support marketing and delegate acquisition campaigns when the team needs it — writing copy, reaching out to your network, or helping promote the agenda. - Support the production and hosting of webinars and online content — a natural extension of the conference programme and a growing part of how we serve the BoA community year-round.
