Role Description We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors professional to provide application support for an existing live SAP SuccessFactors environment, primarily covering Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The role will focus on ticket resolution, change requests, user support, and minor enhancements. The selected candidate may also have an opportunity to participate in a future migration/implementation project involving SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. - Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. - Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements as required. - Work closely with business users and HR stakeholders to understand support needs. - Participate in testing, release management, and production support activities. - Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. - Support integration-related issues involving SuccessFactors modules. - Contribute to future SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting migration/implementation initiatives. Qualifications - Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. - Experience in application support, ticket management, and production support environments. - Strong understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and troubleshooting. - Experience handling incidents, service requests, and change requests. - Ability to work independently in a global support model. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills - SAP SuccessFactors certification(s). - Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects. - Experience in Smart Recruiters / SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting. - Knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition workflows. - Exposure to integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Candidate Profile - Comfortable working in a support-focused role rather than a pure greenfield implementation role. - Open to supporting an existing production environment while contributing to future transformation initiatives. - Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders. • Design and develop high-performing, scalable web applications using .NET and React. • Build and maintain backend services and data access using SQL and related technologies. • Implement cloud solutions and infrastructure patterns aligned with Microsoft Azure. • Apply Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform / OpenTofu) to provision and manage resources. • Collaborate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. • Produce technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications based on user feedback and incidents. • Ensure solutions meet security, cloud, compliance, and quality standards. • Work with architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into maintainable software with long-term ownership in mind.

• Architect & Scale Full-Stack Services: Design, build, and maintain high performance APIs using Ruby on Rails and robust frontends using React. Ensure exceptional reliability, maintainability, and response times for web, desktop, and mobile clients operating in challenging environments. • Database Engineering: Own the data architecture by driving advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, complex schema migrations, query optimization, and indexing strategies to safely operate production databases at scale. • Modernize Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage and scale containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes, while leveraging Terraform to provision infrastructure as code. Continuously harden and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to boost developer velocity and system stability. • Drive System Security & Cryptography: Implement zero trust security models, robust authentication/authorization controls, and secure data at rest/in transit encryption strategies. Help design and support PKI certificate lifecycles and mTLS configurations for secure device communication. • Elevate Engineering Excellence: Foster a culture of high craftsmanship by delivering production ready, thoroughly tested pull requests. Participate heavily in proactive "shift-left" technical design reviews before writing code, and provide rigorous, constructive peer code reviews to protect branch integrity. • Support Cross Functional Missions: Collaborate across teams and partner directly with our business development and mission success teams to troubleshoot complex technical escalations, ensuring our users' critical field operations remain unblocked.
