Location: 100% Remote w/ occasional in-person meetups Comp: $110–$130k + bonus (DOE & location) What You'll Be Doing - Own execution and outcomes for PriorAuth—our AI-powered prior authorization and case management platform. - Shape an intelligent, automated product experience for HCPs and clinical staff. - Work from a Jobs-To-Be-Done mindset to understand clinical workflows and translate those jobs into experiences powered by agentic AI. - Ship production code alongside engineering—building features and supporting experiments hands-on. - Stay close to the data, reporting on product usage to focus on scaling and growth. - Partner closely with engineering leads, design, and AI/data science to deliver production-ready AI. What You'll Achieve (Outcomes) - Help shape an intuitive, trustworthy product experience for HCPs and clinical staff submitting prior authorizations. - Move PA workflows toward intelligent, agentic experiences—identifying where automation and AI can remove steps. - Ship production code alongside engineering—delivering features and standing up experiments. - Instrument the product and report on usage, turning signals into a clear view of where to focus for scaling and growth. - Ensure the experience stays clinically safe, compliant, and trustworthy as automation and AI expand. You'll Be Responsible For… - Follow the vision for PriorAuth to organize and deliver work against key clinical workflows. - Build a deep understanding of clinical PA workflows and translate them into intuitive, AI-enabled experiences. - Write and ship production code alongside engineering, and help design, run, and learn from product experiments. - Define the metrics that matter, instrument analytics, query the data, and report on product usage. - Work closely with data and AI teams to productionize AI—helping define confidence thresholds and clinical decision-support requirements. - Help shape integrations with ePA, pharmacy, and EMR systems. - Work closely with engineering leads, writing clear requirements and guiding execution toward measurable outcomes. - Collaborate with GTM so product priorities reflect market needs and business strategy. - Ensure HIPAA compliance, proper access controls, and comprehensive audit logging for all AI-assisted clinical decisions. Competencies We Respect - Comfortable writing and shipping production-quality code. - Track record with AI/ML products—conversational AI, agentic automation, or clinical decision support. - Demonstrated ability to convert clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences. - Strong analytical skills—comfortable querying product data and defining metrics. - Familiarity with prior authorization workflows, pharmacy processes, and EMR integration patterns. - Comfortable with microservices, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure. - Excellent partner to engineering, UX, AI/data teams, and clinical stakeholders. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare, CS, or similar) or equivalent experience. - 3–5+ years in product management, with significant time in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B platforms. - Hands-on coding ability—experience with modern AI coding tools, Python/JS, and LLM/eval frameworks strongly preferred. - Strong product-data skills—defining metrics, querying data (SQL or equivalent), and using product analytics tools. - User-centered judgment—able to ground product decisions in HCP needs. - Proven track record shipping products in agile environments with cross-functional teams. - Experience with AI/ML products or automation platforms. - Healthcare domain knowledge—prior authorization, pharmacy workflows, and clinical case management. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA), electronic health records, and clinical data standards. - Experience with EMR integration strategies and understanding of app marketplace certification requirements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bias for action with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments.
