Role Description The ATM / ITM Product Manager job is a remote work position and will be responsible for tactical oversight, performance, and lifecycle management of the credit union’s ATM and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) fleet. This role ensures optimal member experience, operational efficiency, system reliability, and alignment with organizational growth and member service strategies. The position combines product management, vendor management, technical knowhow and project leadership supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term innovation. This role supports the credit union’s digital and branch transformation strategy by enhancing self-service capabilities and optimizing operational efficiency for the ATM and ITM delivery channels. Qualifications - Experience in product management, vendor management, and project leadership. - Technical knowledge related to ATM and ITM systems. - Strong understanding of operational efficiency and member service strategies. Requirements - Serve as the primary Product Manager for the ATM and ITM fleet, owning the overall performance, functionality, and member experience. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all ATM/ITM assets, including lifecycle status, capabilities, and location performance. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that improve service delivery and member engagement. - Define product roadmap for ATM/ITM enhancements, upgrades, and expansion as defined by Senior Management. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own new product introduction inside Revenue Operations and to build NPI into a discipline. As this is the first TPM on the team, you will define the process from the ground up. NPI is how ClickHouse brings new products to market. A product is not sellable until the pricing, packaging, quoting logic, approval rules, and controls are built and tested end-to-end, and this role owns getting it there.
