Role Description AECOM is seeking a digital leader to manage and drive effective use of the PgM Digital Delivery System (PgM DDS) which includes conventionally- and AI-platformed collaboration, controls, and reporting systems, applications, and tools. - Work with the Program Management community to drive increased adoption and knowledge of the PgM DDS. - Promote the PgM DDS and its elements to pursuit teams. - Explain and promote benefits of the PgM DDS to clients. - Oversee and manage implementation, effective use, optimization, and further development of the PgM DDS. - Support PgM GBL leaders and team members in development, use, and maintenance of business management-oriented digital applications and tools. - Report to the Senior Vice President for Program Operations and Delivery. - Collaborate with other digital professionals around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital strategies. - This is a fully remote work opportunity that can be located anywhere within the United States, Canada, or Europe. Qualifications - BA/BS + 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
