Product Manager, People, Corporate Affairs & AI

• Governance and Scope Protection: Act as the single point of contact between business areas, the PMO and vendors, validating requests and assessing impacts on budget, technical risks and architecture. • Strategic Direction: Define the implementation strategy and maintain the high-level roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on business value, risks and system dependencies. • Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Conduct alignment meetings with leaders from various areas (payroll, timekeeping, RTS), manage executive expectations and report consolidated status. • Risk and Quality Management: Identify critical schedule and cost risks, define contingency plans and ensure readiness for UAT and a successful go-live. • Delivery Accountability: Hold operational teams accountable for deliveries within agreed timelines, taking final responsibility for implementation results and the cutover plan. • Test and Deployment Management: Validate test scripts (UAT), ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and monitor the production checklist during the first days post-deployment. • Vendor Management: Manage contracts, scope, SLAs and schedules with vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in Strategic Project Management or Product Management with a focus on implementations;
  • Analytical ability to assess impacts on future architecture and dependent projects;
  • Leadership skills to coordinate alignments with the VMO and initiate complex negotiations;
  • Proficiency in refining strategic backlog and maintaining a forward-looking execution pipeline;
  • Excellence in executive communication and in managing expectations of senior stakeholders;
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with timekeeping systems and shift/roster management.
  • Desired:
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integration of tools into the ecosystem;
  • Experience participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and the deployment of HR satellite tools.
