Business Solutions Marketing Senior Manager

Role Description The Business Solutions Marketing Senior Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across the Company’s enterprise and commercial segments. Serving as a key partner to Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Digital, Creative, Finance, and external agencies, this role translates business priorities into measurable go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives. - Lead the development and execution of enterprise and commercial marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, pipeline growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives. - Own integrated campaign planning across enterprise, commercial, and strategic business segments, ensuring marketing priorities are aligned to business goals, sales objectives, customer needs, and competitive positioning. - Partner with senior Marketing, Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Creative, Finance, external agencies, and vendor partners to develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Lead go-to-market planning for enterprise and commercial products, solutions, promotions, strategic initiatives, and market expansion efforts. - Oversee the development of customer-facing and sales-facing materials, including campaign assets, executive presentations, one-pagers, case studies, email content, landing page content, webinars, event materials, and sales enablement resources. - Provide strategic direction on campaign messaging to ensure alignment with customer pain points, value propositions, business priorities, competitive differentiation, brand standards, and the overall customer experience. - Establish, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, ROI, and other key marketing KPIs for leadership review and decision-making. - Use data, analytics, customer insights, and performance results to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, recommend optimizations, and guide future investment decisions. - Lead project management for high-priority marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, approvals, dependencies, and risks are managed effectively. - Manage marketing budget tracking, invoice management, payment documentation, budget changes, reconciliations, and vendor spend accountability for assigned programs. - Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budget management, invoice processing, and fiscal accountability for agency, vendor, and campaign spend. - Provide guidance, coaching, and informal leadership to team members, cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors supporting business solutions marketing initiatives. - Stay current on emerging B2B marketing trends, account-based marketing practices, digital tools, sales enablement strategies, customer engagement approaches, and technologies relevant to enterprise and commercial marketing. - Actively support, promote, and advance Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work by helping create a work environment where employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, public relations, or related marketing function preferred. - Experience leading enterprise, commercial, telecom, technology, subscription-based, or B2B marketing programs in support of sales, customer growth, and revenue objectives preferred. - Experience developing, leading, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, content marketing, events, webinars, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. - Experience partnering with senior business leaders to support lead generation, pipeline development, customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and sales-facing enablement strategies. - Experience leading go-to-market planning for products, solutions, promotions, market expansion initiatives, or strategic business segments. - Experience establishing KPIs and reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, ROI, attribution, and marketing-sourced business impact. - Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, market trends, and performance results to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements. - Experience managing complex marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, approvals, executive stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional partners required. - Experience managing marketing budgets, invoice processes, payment documentation, budget changes, reconciliations, vendor spend, or agency accountability preferred. - Prior experience providing team leadership, coaching, and project oversight. Requirements - Advanced understanding of B2B marketing strategy, customer acquisition, customer retention, demand generation, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, pipeline development, and customer engagement. - Ability to translate business priorities, sales goals, customer insights, competitive positioning, and market opportunities into clear marketing strategies, campaign plans, and executive-ready recommendations. - Strong strategic planning and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and review clear customer-facing, sales-facing, and leadership-facing materials. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various departments and external partners. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, marketing KPIs, attribution, pipeline metrics, customer insights, and ROI data. - Strong business acumen and fiscal discipline, particularly related to campaign investment, budget tracking, invoice documentation, vendor management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up. - Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, digital campaign tools, sales enablement platforms, reporting dashboards, attribution tools, or similar marketing technology preferred. - Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, drive alignment, resolve ambiguity, and guide work across cross-functional teams. - Customer-focused and business-minded approach, with the ability to lead marketing programs that strengthen the customer experience and advance revenue objectives. - Ability to stay current on emerging B2B marketing trends, digital tools, customer engagement strategies, sales enablement practices, and technologies relevant to enterprise and commercial marketing. - Ability to understand Astound’s Operating Principles and apply them as guidelines for how work is performed.
