• Develop and take responsibility for the strategic financial and capital architecture of DEHIB in line with its long-term growth objectives. • Build, evaluate and refine business plans, financial models and scenarios for existing and new initiatives. • Prepare for and support discussions with investors, funding partners and financing partners. • Establish governance structures for equity participations, subsidiaries and affiliated entities. • Ensure a clear financial separation between charitable/non-profit and commercial/economic activities.

Role Description The Semi-Senior Finance Analyst will support the finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, modeling, and analysis across the business. This role requires both technical rigor and strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions and support planning processes. Responsibilities - Produce and maintain detailed P&L reports, cash flow statements, and KPI dashboards for senior management. - Build and maintain complex models to value projects and forecast business performance. - Compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, investigating discrepancies to inform corrective actions. - Work with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and track business performance budgets versus actuals. - Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and provide financial inputs for business cases. - Assist in the preparation of general ledger and accounts reconciliations, book entries, and help with internal and external audit activities. Qualifications - English (B2+/90% level) and Spanish fluency is mandatory, along with strong communication skills. - 2–3 years of experience as a semi-senior finance analyst. - Strong Excel modeling skills. - Experience using Claude for Excel to accelerate tasks, audit formulas, build multi-tab models, and extract data from external files. - University or intermediate degree in Finance or Economics. - Good knowledge and experience in revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA calculation. - Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, analysis, and reporting. - Capable of working in fast-changing environments with strict due dates for reporting and presentations. - Strong analytical skills. - Team player attitude. • Serve as the focal point for the Formatting team with other areas of the company, ensuring end-to-end management and stakeholder governance for the team's projects; • Work directly at the interface, aligning, understanding requests and addressing them within the squad alongside areas such as Products, Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Training and other related teams; • Ensure cadence, engagement and cross-functional alignment between teams in work agendas; • Define the short- and medium-term vision for the structuring of the products under your responsibility, mapping demands, strategic directions and objectives together with stakeholders; • Build the roadmap for each area of activity and ensure deadlines are met for each stage; • Design, map and/or revisit product operational flows and validate them with partner teams; • Investigate, diagnose and address operational pain points and bottlenecks identified at the frontline (stores and franchisees); • Analyze information, data and performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities, necessary prioritizations and potential operational adjustments; • Directly monitor the indicators of the unified directorate's priority products (Boleto, MOOZ Cards, Pix, Store Installment/Store Credit and Gift Card); • Create and consolidate monitoring reports, structured analyses and high-quality executive materials related to the team's projects.
