• Develop and take responsibility for the strategic financial and capital architecture of DEHIB in line with its long-term growth objectives. • Build, evaluate and refine business plans, financial models and scenarios for existing and new initiatives. • Prepare for and support discussions with investors, funding partners and financing partners. • Establish governance structures for equity participations, subsidiaries and affiliated entities. • Ensure a clear financial separation between charitable/non-profit and commercial/economic activities.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior finance role, e.g., as Head of Finance or in a comparable position.
  • Solid expertise in strategic financial planning, liquidity management and multi-year planning.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate finance, equity/holdings management, investment, venture finance or M&A.
  • Competence in developing and assessing business plans and investment models.
  • Experience engaging with executive management, boards, investors or decision-making bodies.
  • Strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in social impact.

Role Description The Demand Planning Associate plays a critical role in the business planning process, supporting the development of accurate, data-driven demand forecasts across our portfolio of brands and SKUs. This role serves as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring that commercial insights are translated into actionable volume plans that drive service levels, inventory efficiency, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of communicating cross-functionally in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. As Ancient Crunch scales, the requirements of this position will expand and adapt. The Demand Planning Associate is expected to lead new initiatives and assume additional duties consistent with this title and the long-term evolution of our sales strategy.
