Product Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with fitness studios and gyms, differentiating Kenko in the competitive SaaS market. Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, playbooks, and collateral needed to communicate product value effectively and drive conversions. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform product and marketing decisions. Content Leadership: Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful case studies, blogs, videos, and presentations that highlight product benefits and customer success stories. Metrics & Analysis: Define KPIs, track performance of marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to optimize adoption and growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategy. Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience enabling sales teams with tools, collateral, and product training.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting marketing performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
  • Preferred:

In this position, you’ll be the trusted partner to surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), working alongside sales to accelerate adoption of Aquablation therapy. You’ll engage directly with customers, translate clinical value into compelling stories, and design programs that drive growth and advocacy. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of clinical insight and marketing influence. You’ll convert new users, deepen existing relationships, and activate KOLs to expand impact—bringing strategy to life and seeing the results firsthand. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: - Audience Strategy & Execution: Drive a surgeon-focused commercial strategy to accelerate the adoption, utilization, and advocacy for Aquablation therapy. This includes leading initiatives that convert new users and expand existing engagement. - KOL Activation & Advocacy: Activate and partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize commercial impact across sales, peer-to-peer, digital, and society channels. You will work to build a strong network of advocates who champion Aquablation therapy. - Commercial Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to the sales team, developing programs, tools, and messaging that enhance the surgeon's journey from awareness to advocacy. - Value-Based Messaging & Proof Points: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and promote clinical and economic proof points that resonate with the surgeon audience and quantify the value of Aquablation therapy. - Program Development & Scaling: Develop and lead the commercialization of new programs that align with surgeon needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. - Market Intelligence: Proactively stay abreast of clinical trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform and evolve our go-to-market strategies. - Analytics & Performance Tracking: Leverage data and analytics to define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure program effectiveness, and optimize strategies to drive a clear return on investment (ROI). Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in a medical device product marketing and/or product management role (6 years with an advanced degree). - A/BS required; MBA preferred.
