• Own the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on revenue impact and business needs • Manage inbound GTM systems request queue, prioritize work, and adhere to SLAs • Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories • Collaborate with Revenue Operations Analysts on reporting requirements and ensure systems architecture supports reporting needs • Create system documentation and user guides • Drive adoption of new systems and workflows
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration or business analyst experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and common GTM integrations
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, 6sense, Klue, or similar platforms
- Understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce reports/dashboards, Sigma, BI platforms)
