Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Insurance Designations required. - Minimum of 3 years managing the sales process and operations within a territory or region specifically for a Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry. - Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience, leading a team of sales professionals. - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Requirements - Ability to create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for team leverage. - Ability to represent Sales on specific projects and share input about project/program design. - Ability to influence agents and large groups, resulting in increased territory production. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Strategic planning and disciplined follow-up skills. - Ability to analyze product data and identify market trends. - Willing to travel as required. Reporting to the head of the US sales organization, the Sales Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Sales Executives spread across the western United States. This is a remote, field-based leadership role.
