GTM Engineer
Render
• Build and manage the weekly forecast process: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection cadence, and CRM data integrity. Build metrics dashboards and reports that give GTM leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency trends. • We have so much potential in both new business and within our PLG base. As the team begins to define the right sales motions, we want to scale them and vastly increase the output and impact of our sales reps. Directly, this will be building our integrated tooling with Clay, Salesforce, and other tools like our sales engagement tool. • We are a small team and there will be a lot to do! This role is part of the group defining strategic priorities and how to execute.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, GTM Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with a PLG motion layered with enterprise sales. GTM Engineering experience as an operational role also applies
- Experience in building sales operations core processes from the ground up (annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management), combined with skills in new AI tools that will help speed up that building
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, across multiple levels, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Builder mentality: you move fast, document well, and leave systems better than you found them
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize the most urgent & important and drive major progress with speed
- Strong work ethic with a positivity and resilience
- Able to build stage-appropriate structure in an agile and fast-moving environment
