Field Execution Specialist

Chobani

• Spend 4-5 days a week in the market interacting with customers, consumers, and distributor partners • Execute and close sales calls • Work closely with account management and merchandising teams • Manage the timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives • Sell-up promotional programs • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales, space and productivity • Transport, replace and maintain point of sale advertising • Support the brand with in-store demos and sampling

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0-2 years of experience or a combination of education and 5+ years of consumer products industry experience
  • Strong selling skill set
  • Ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Effective time-management & scheduling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
