• Own the email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy and calendar, balancing promotional, educational, seasonal, and retention-focused initiatives. • Build, optimize, and maintain automated lifecycle flows, including: Welcome Series, Appointment Booking & Reminder Flows, New Customer Onboarding, Post-Appointment Follow-Up, Grooming Reminder Flows, Customer Reactivation (Win-Back), Subscription & Membership Communications, Review & Referral Campaigns. • Develop and manage advanced customer segmentation based on behavior, appointment history, engagement, and lifecycle stage. • Create, build, test, and launch ongoing email and SMS campaigns that drive bookings and customer engagement. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize lifecycle performance across key metrics.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo.
- Proven experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, and customer segmentation.
- Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused emails within Klaviyo.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with rigorous QA standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Role Description As a Regional Marketing Director, you will have a chance to make a measurable impact on the launch of relacorilant in platinum resistant ovarian cancer. You will interface with ovarian cancer treaters, including some key opinion leaders, gather insights, and help to shape the commercial strategy both pre and post FDA approval. Joining Corcept’s brand new Oncology Business Unit will also present the opportunity to help build a new presence in gynecologic oncology and to further contribute to the success of the established growing organization. - Create and lead a thought leader engagement plan that yields for Corcept, within the gynecologic oncology community. - Identify and develop opportunities for innovative tactics in collaboration with marketing colleagues. - Own recruitment and engagement of speakers for the bureau and other marketing-driven initiatives to ensure alignment with brand objectives. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and manage an industry leading Peer-to-Peer platform including speaker bureau vendor management, coordinating and executing speaker training and development of on label content that aligns with brand strategy and messaging. - Drive and monitor Peer-to-Peer program compliance efforts to uphold regulatory standards and best practices. - Lead the design and execution of an annual insights plan focused on academic, regional, and community thought leaders to inform commercial planning across key customer segments. - Participate in the development and play a key role in execution of the overall brand strategy pre-launch and impact post-launch. - Develop strategy and lead organizational success at key selected congresses. Benefits - The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $191,100 – $238,900; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
