Finance Manager – Deal Desk

Rula

• Guide how Rula grows as a Finance Manager - Deal Desk • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy • Evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact • Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
  • 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
  • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
  • Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus
