Role Description At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) to take full ownership of paid social advertising across multiple client and internal accounts. This is far more than a campaign management role. You’ll own the entire performance lifecycle—from campaign strategy and creative direction to optimization, scaling, and performance reporting. What You’ll Own - Meta Ads Strategy & Campaign Management - Build, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. - Own campaign performance from planning through scaling. - Manage multiple client and internal ad accounts simultaneously. - Oversee monthly advertising budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+. - Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability. - Creative Strategy & Performance Marketing - Develop high-converting campaign concepts, hooks, and messaging. - Write compelling ad copy focused on improving: - CTR - CPL - CPA - ROAS - Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content creators. - Lead creative strategy across: - Static image ads - UGC-style videos - Video scripts - AI-assisted creative workflows - Continuously test new creative angles and messaging. - Campaign Optimization & Analytics - Monitor campaign performance daily. - Analyze: - CTR - CPC - CPL - CPA - ROAS - Frequency - Conversion Rates - Optimize audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and landing pages. - Identify winning campaigns and scale them strategically. - Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using data-driven insights. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with creative teams to produce high-performing advertising assets. - Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and campaign priorities. - Align paid advertising with broader marketing and revenue objectives. - Stay current with Meta platform updates and advertising best practices. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising. - Proven experience managing at least $10,000/month in Meta ad spend. - Experience managing 5 or more advertising accounts simultaneously. - Strong expertise with: - Meta Ads Manager - Facebook Business Suite - Meta Pixel - Conversion Tracking - Attribution Modeling - Funnel Optimization - Excellent analytical and performance optimization skills. - Strong direct-response copywriting and messaging abilities. - Ability to identify and scale winning creatives. - Deep understanding of performance marketing principles. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Reliable remote work environment with high-speed internet.
