• Draft, compile, and coordinate content for our monthly commercial newsletter. • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the sales and account management teams by helping create and polish customer-facing presentations. • Manage the daily posting schedules and basic content translation for Lyra’s localized European professional profiles. • Set up, launch, and monitor paid and organic lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn. • Serve as the main internal point of contact for our external SEO agency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in similar roles covering digital marketing, social media coordination, or commercial bimonthly communications. Experience in a B2B tech or corporate benefits environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Exceptional native-level written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. To successfully handle our regional translation and localization tasks, you should ideally be fluent in 1 or 2 European languages, with a strong preference for Spanish and French.
  • A solid understanding of basic SEO best practices (such as keyword placement and metadata structure) and practical experience navigating LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You should be highly comfortable managing scheduling tools and running baseline tracking metrics.
  • Must be permanently based in the United Kingdom with full, unrestricted legal entitlement to live and work. The role operates on a fully remote structure from the UK, requiring strong organization skills to align seamlessly with a distributed European team.

Il contribue à mieux valoriser les collections de la Bpi et son offre de contenus et à développer ou renforcer des pôles d’excellence structurants. Véritable média au service du public de la Bpi, le webmagazine utilise l’ensemble des nouvelles technologies multimédias du web. Le service de réponses à distance Eurêkoi est un service en réseau piloté par la Bpi. Au niveau national, le réseau comprend 30 partenaires en région ; au niveau international, un partenariat avec la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles implique 24 bibliothèques de Belgique francophone.
