• Administrative takeover of tasks in daily operational HR activities across the employee life cycle • Handling and management of administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding • Implementation and maintenance of accurate data entry in all necessary systems, including the personnel database • Drafting contracts, company agreements, employment references, certificates, and other HR-related documents • Administrative support in preparing annual performance agreements, company car agreements, and other employment-related agreements • Acting as the liaison to the external payroll service provider • Ensuring preparation of monthly payroll and follow-up handling of related matters • Point of contact for our team managers and employees on all current payroll-related matters • Preparation, analysis, and provision of key HR reports in coordination with management and accounting • Participation in various HR projects as well as administrative support for HR operations
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (apprenticeship, commercial high school, hospitality/management school)
- Professional experience in HR assistance, HR administration, or HR clerical work
- Relevant knowledge in payroll, HR administration, time management systems, social security law
- Alternatively, a strong interest in deepening and expanding any existing knowledge in these areas
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style, as well as very good MS Office skills
- Open, cheerful personality with enjoyment in working with numbers and people
