• Responsibility for existing customers (Key Accounts), including revenue, expansion and retention targets • Identification of cross- and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio • Management of complex sales cycles from consulting and projects to managed services • Preparation and conduct of customer meetings, workshops and management presentations • Active maintenance of a vendor/manufacturer network with focus on: Microsoft (Cloud, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI); Dell Technologies (Server, Storage, Client); Barracuda / Fortinet / Cisco (Security, Network, Cloud Security) • Close coordination with vendors on: account strategies, joint customer activities, campaigns, incentives and enablement programs

• Analyze customers' existing IT and security landscape • Gather individual requirements and develop tailored SIEM concepts based on Microsoft Sentinel • Implement the concepts technically, including sizing, high availability, and integration of various log sources (e.g., firewalls, endpoints, cloud services) • Develop and implement use cases for threat detection • Onboard new data sources and actively contribute to Security Operations Center (SOC) structures • Design and implement efficient security processes by building workflows, playbooks, and automated threat responses • Support analysis of and response to security incidents and develop preventive measures • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001) into technical measures and assist with audit preparation • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal teams for independent operation and further development of the SIEM platform • Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, assist with adjustments and continuous optimization to ensure effective security monitoring • Advise on optimal use of Microsoft 365 security tools and licensing models to reduce costs and increase efficiency
