A Project Development Engineer I, is a professional responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a building's mechanical systems to reduce energy costs or improve energy efficiency during the design, building, or retrofitting stages of construction. May specialize in water systems; electrical systems; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems; green buildings; lighting; air quality; or energy procurement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Performs detailed on-site surveys and auditing of client sites including K-12 schools, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare and Others. - Accurately documents existing conditions in predetermined software. - Develops a scope of work and performs energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions. - Project Management: Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This involves coordinating with teams and stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: Identify and solve complex mechanical problems. Works closely with more senior staff under close supervision and the work is reviewed frequently. - Helps plan projects or subtasks. Role Description TJM Labs is looking for a Pharmacist / Pharmacy Automation Engineer to own the translation between real-world pharmacy operations and the technical bot logic that runs them. This is not a support role. You are accountable for the accuracy of what gets built, the clarity of what gets communicated, and the outcome of every account you touch. You will work directly with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders, leading projects from workflow analysis through configuration, QA, and go-live.
