Qualifications - 7+ years of professional experience in education, including teaching, leading instructional practice, or supporting curriculum implementation. - Demonstrated expertise in Grade 6–Secondary mathematics content, with foundational knowledge of K–5 standards. - Proven experience providing coaching to teachers, teacher leaders, or school leaders with documented impact on practice. - Strong skills in designing and facilitating professional learning aligned to curriculum, standards, and observable instructional practice. - Ability to analyze student work, classroom observation data, and instructional artifacts to inform coaching and professional learning decisions. - Established credibility as an instructional leader with the ability to manage school-based relationships with professionalism, reliability, and expertise. - Active practitioner-level fluency with artificial intelligence tools. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including bi-weekly local travel to schools and district meetings, plus occasional national travel for organizational retreats and professional development.
