Role Description Would you like to join CVS Health as part of our dynamic Human Resources team? As an Employee Relations (ER) Investigator, you are responsible for the execution and ownership of investigating Employee Relations concerns and providing expert consultant and guidance to managers and employees. As directed by the Lead Director of Investigations, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations of workplace misconduct, including but not limited to: - Discrimination - Harassment - Retaliation - Workplace violence - Other policy violations This role ensures that all investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations. - Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and review pertinent documents and records. - Ensure investigations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. - Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry best practices. - Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations matters. - Ensure documentation is complete, secure, and in compliance with legal and company requirements. - Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistent and fair handling of employee relations matters. - Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on policy-related issues. - Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for resolution. - Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders as needed. - Assist with training on employee relations topics, including workplace harassment, discrimination, and conflict resolution. - Educate employees and managers on policies and procedures to prevent future issues.
